For Lakers To Have A Chance: Kobe Bryant Needs To Learn Pass The Ball?
Kobe Bryant got caught screaming at his teammates almost did not pass the ball in the game. The Master of Ballhogs keeps pretending he has no help,.. How come when Gasol was consider MVP candidate last year Kobe took the ball away from him.what happen to Bynum? notice the man having his way until Mr Spotlight AKA Me,Me,Me! kept the ball out of his hands.
Oh, I’m talking about Fridays game against the Knicks :b
Lol I Jus Read A Report Sayin The Celtics An The Lakers Are In Trade Talk Saying Gasol For Rondo. Thoughts? ?
Big upgrade for lakers if its true. but i doubt it will happen … i went to google an typed in Nba trade rumors so chek it out
5 All-time Leading Scorer. How Great Is Kobe’s Achievement?
He took his talents to the NBA straight out of high school. Didnt average above 20 PPG until his 3rd season. Shaq, and most of the other players on that list had college experience and averaged 20+ PPG since their rookie year. Plus Kobe played alongside Shaq(another prolific scorer) for many years. Most of the other guys were always option one and didnt play with other prolific scorers. I still find this achievement hard to believe.
Lakers Fans: Who Do You Believe The Lakers Will Pick Up Before The Deadline?
List of players Lakers have been linked to:
Dwight Howard (IMO 5% chance he ends up in LA)
Deron Williams (as much as I would love D-Will on the Lakers, I give it less than a 1% chance)
Jose Calderon (quality offensive PG, but sucks defensively)
Ramon Sessions (IMO not much better than Blake)
Gilbert Arenas (miiiiiiiiiiiight still have something left)
JR Smith (quality bench option, but a lot of question marks)
Allen Iverson (F*CK NO)
Rasheed Wallace (see Allen Iverson)
Rafer Alston (with the LA D-Fenders *facepalm*)
Other(s)
I Have Too Many Good Point Guards, Should I Pick Up Jeremy Lin?
My point guards in fantasy basketball:
Ricky Rubio
Rajon Rondo
Dwyane Wade
John Wall
i can’t afford to drop any more SG’s or Forwards to get another PG, so what should i do? Jeremy Lin is still available in my league.
Does Anyone Know Where I Can Hear Kobe’s Signature Sound?
Kobe makes this snake noise when he wants the ball, but I have never seen a video of it. Does someone have a link? I saw a video of Coach Brown making fun of the way Goudelock tried to do the noise, but never saw Kobe do it.
“…his signature sound. Normally Bryant calls for the ball by using his tongue to push staccato bursts of air through his teeth. It sounds kind of like the Smoke Monster on “Lost.””
Lakers Fans: How Is This Lineup?
Lake fans,
Q 1. How is this STARTING Lineup for your boys in yellow – purple?:
Point Guard – Gilbert Arenas – 6′ 4”, 215 (worked out by Laker staff and averages more than Fisher)
Shooting Guard – Kobe Bryant – 6′ 6”, 205
Center – Andrew Bynum – 7′ 0”, 285
Power Forward – Pau Gasol – 7′ 0”, 250
Small Forward – Boris Diaw – 6′ 8”, 235 *unrestricted FA from Charlotte. He averages 8.3 PPG / 5.3 RPG / 0.6 BLKPG / 11.92 PER
Q 2. Cut Ron Artest or involve in a trade? Presently Artest averages 4.7 PPG / 2.6 RPG significantly less than Boris.
Team A Vs Team B, Which Team Would Win?
Team A:
PG-Allen Iverson
SG-Tracy McGrady
SF-LeBron James
PF-Blake Griffin
C-Yao Ming
vs
Team B:
PG-Derrick Rose
SG-Kobe Bryant
SF-Paul Pierce
PF-Tim Duncan
C-Dwight Howard
Assuming everyone is in their prime, which team would win???
Heat: Can James Play Point Guard And.. ..?
Heat Fans,
Q 1. Can LeBron play point guard?
Q 2. If Kobe said this on Feb 9th:
Kobe startquote ~ “It’s a tough question because I’ve played with a lot of great players being on the Olympic team,” Bryant said. “I think that the player I would probably play with the most where the pieces would fit would be myself and LeBron [James], believe it or not, because he’s more of a facilitator and I’m more of a scorer. … He’s a modern version of what Oscar [Robertson] was. He just puts up genius numbers.” ~ Kobe endquote
Then HOW WOULD THIS roster change be for Miami? =
Point Guard – LeBron James – 6′ 8”, 250
Shooting Guard – Kobe Bryant – 6′ 6”, 205
Center – Joel Anthony – 6′ 9”, 245
Power Forward – Chris Bosh – 6′ 11”, 235
Small Forward – Dwyane Wade – 6′ 4”, 220
Q 3. Would the above be unbeatable?
Side-note: James at point guard will allow (as per Kobe) LeBron the ability to “facilitate” more ball movement, and James’ 6.9 Assists Per Game average would skyrocket. Bryant would be free to just shoot.
