Dwight is a great center but that’s all they have. The Magic rely on their 3-point shooting as much as they do on Dwight.
Nelson is terrible and Turkoglu is garbage and overpaid. Anderson and Reddick are their x-factors. If both of them plays well, they have a very good shot at winning. Another key for Orlando is that their 3-point shooting. All they do is shoot 3-pointers it seems. If they DON’T make their 3-pointers, they’re going to be doom.
However, the Bulls and the Heat are still stronger than the Magic. I see Orlando making it as far as the Eastern Conference Semifinals.

No question. The bad thing is that the Magic are not going to make it far in the playoffs. They are going to be great contenders, just like the Clippers, but neither of them will make it far. Dwight’s numbers have been rising, and they just keep getting higher. Then there was Ryan Anderson pulling a Jeremy Lin at the beginning of the season and just scoring like rapid fire from both sides of the arc. J Rich still doin his thing as always. JJ Redick was close to pulling a J Lin too, as he was averaging 22 PPG, but then he just started to drop again. Hedo Turgolu is still using the 3PT line to his advantage. J Rich also still doin his thing. If the Magic play well, they could make the playoffs, but they need to give Howard and Anderson more help to win.
They’ll never win a title, not for a long time anyway. They had their chance in 09, but Van Gundy decided to yank Alston and force Nelson back into the lineup. HORRIBLE move. They would have won if he’d have kept the lineup intact. Now they’re screwed and are gonna have to rebuild.
I think they might have a chance to win depending on who they play.But yes, they will have a chance WITH Dwight Howard.
Nope. I considered them better previous seasons, when they had quality players like Brandon Bass. Magics should trade him, instead of letting him walk free.
